• Cupping Notes: A medium roast with sweet and rich aroma. Notes of tart cherry, sweet tangerine with medium acidity and body. Medium to light body with light, soft chocolately notes and a hint of wine.  
  • This is a medium to light roasted coffee. The cup has sweet citrus fragrance, good acidity with notes of brown sugar and a creamy body and finish.
  • Roasted Medium Dark, the flavor profile is of a medium-bodied coffee with layers of milk chocolate, sweet fruit, dry walnut and a caramel finish.  It works exceptionally well as a single origin espresso and as a french press. This missional trade coffee is grown in the High Sierra Madre region of Oaxaca, Mexico. It is certified organic and available in limited amounts.
  • This is a missional trade coffee that is medium to full-bodied, with flavors of semi-sweet chocolate, citrus, hint of spice and woodiness, with a sweet floral finish.
