This fair trade organic coffee from Papua New Guinea is grown in the Eastern Highlands of the Purosa valley.  It is roasted medium-dark to light french roast with full body.  It is a well processed coffee and is a clean cup with cane sugar sweetness, medium acidity and creamy body with sweet caramel overtones and a slight coca note on the finish.

    Excellent! We tried the Honduras Kingdom Growers, Mexican Oaxaca Zapoteca (Organic) and this one.
    All three were very well balanced overall with had low acidity, nice amount of sweetness and kept a very nice taste presence when mixed with half & half or blended into a “fancy” coffee drink.
    This one won us over the most though, but just barely.
