This fair trade organic coffee from Papua New Guinea is grown in the Eastern Highlands of the Purosa valley. It is roasted medium-dark to light french roast with full body. It is a well processed coffee and is a clean cup with cane sugar sweetness, medium acidity and creamy body with sweet caramel overtones and a slight coca note on the finish.
