Jesuit missionaries brought the first coffee seedlings to Colombia in the early 1800’s. The grade offered here is the highest available which results in a balanced, medium to full bodied, medium acidity cup with nutty undertones and a winey finish. This coffee uses a natural process called EAP to remove the caffeine. Most of our customers can’t believe this is decaf coffee when they drink it.
