Cupping Notes: A medium roast with sweet and rich aroma. Notes of tart cherry, sweet tangerine with medium acidity and body. Medium to light body with light, soft chocolately notes and a hint of wine.



Ethiopia is the birth place of coffee which grows wild in many regions of the country. The Yirgacheffe district (or “woreda”) is part of the Southern Nations Nationalities and Peoples Region (SNNPR) within the larger Gedeo Zone, named after the Gedeo people. Yirgacheffe coffee is considered one of the best coffees in the world.  Being a predominately Christian and evangelical area of Ethiopia, New Geneva Coffee Roasters is glad to support the Christian economy and coffee business in this region of the world.
